    • Forgotten passwords
      • Staff should contact the Helpdesk at ext. 73003 if a student forgot their password.
    • Two-Step Verification
      • Staff should contact the Helpdesk at ext. 73003 if a student has any issues with Two-Step Verification.
    • Asks to “Enter your Old Chromebook Password”
      • Click on "forgot password" then select "Proceed Anyways" or "Sign In Anyways"
        The next time a student signs in, the message should not appear.

Unless specifically told to, staff cannot use a chromebook when signing in to the district for the first time. (They should use a desktop or windows laptop on a wired connection.)
