Submit a helpdesk ticket for resetting a voicemail's password if needed.

Checking Desk Phone Voicemail:

1. Pickup the phone (or use speaker)
2. Select the Voicemail button.
3. Enter the voicemail password
   
4. Highlight the voicemail you want to listen to and select play.

Note: Not every desk phone extension has a voicemail. Contact the helpdesk if you are not sure at ext. 73003

Checking Other Voicemails:

1. Pickup the phone (or use speaker)
2. Press # #, wait until you hear “welcome to Mitel” and press # again.
3. Enter the 5 digit extension.
4. Enter the password
5. Listen to the prompts to access, save, or remove messages.
