1. Ensure there is power to the printer.
2. Verify printer doesnt have any error codes; Panel icons for reference.
3. Verify that you are selecting the new printer.

Select New Printer in Google Chrome:

1. Go to the document/file you wish to print.
2. When on the print screen, be sure to select "See more..."
   
3. Then Select the appropriate printer.
   (It should have the same number as the A # on the printer.)
4. If the printer is not listed, please submit a helpdesk ticket to have the printer added.
5. Once printer has been selected, it will auto-select the same printer in the future.
